The crystalline structure of both powder and deposited coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD-6000, Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan) using Cu Kα radiation.
Corrosion potential tests were carried out for uncoated and coated samples at 298 K using an electrochemical workstation (LK98C, Lanlike chemistry & electron high technology Co., Tianjin, China).

From previous studies [2, 3] the catalyst layer was prepared by 10 wt% Pt/C, PTFE 60 wt% with the loading 0.18, 0.38 mgPt/cm2 with diffusion layer (GDL), and 0.4 {mgPt/cm2} without diffusion layer using spraying method, and we concluded that electrode structure loaded 0.38 {mgPt/cm2} with diffusion layer (GDL) has an important role in the electrode performance compared to the electrode without diffusion layer, since the cost of catalyst should decrease for the commercial reasons.

Abstract The microstructures and electrochemical corrosion behaviors of die-cast Mg-4Al-0.4Mn-xPr (x=0, 1, 4 wt.%) alloys have been investigated.
Li et al. [6, 9] have reported an improvement of anti-corrosion of AZ91D in 5 wt.% NaCl (pH=8.3) solution by addition of lanthanum (La <1.0 wt.%), and the net structure β phase appears with adding La in alloys.

2 The foreign research status of cryogenic treatment on HSS
It has been seen that the general common views at cryogenic treatment field about the effect mechanism of cryogenic treatment on HSS were gained.
Computer simulation, based on the already theory research, which is mainly the thermal analysis and residual stress analysis, researching and analyzing the influence relationships between the microscopic structure and the performance change rule and process of cryogenic treatment by computer modeling, simulation technology and modern experiment technology for optimizing process parameters, and formulating the corresponding cryogenic processing process specification.
