Control valves are commonly used as the key equipment for petrochemical plants, the steel, paper, chemistry and semiconductor industry.
The concept of “Prevention front-end design” is to inspect the product’s function, structure, process, quality, environmental protection feature and major issues in the work site in advance.
Moreover, it is important to associate QFD2 of the product structural design with easy Design for Assembly (DFA) to simplify the product structure.
The problems to be solved include engineering technology or product structure.
In QFD2, which is responsible for the product structural design, design for assembly (DFA) is used first to simplify the product structure.

The substance exhibits a tendency to generate elongated molecular structures.
The presence of cellulose within the PLA/Cellulose biocomposite structure accounts for its coarse surface.
This phenomenon facilitates the adhesion and cohesion of fibres and materials within composite structures [14].

The study of the viscoelastic properties of polymers was carried out in the ultralow frequency range of 0.7-1 Hz, which minimizes the influence of external mechanical influences on the change in the polymer structure [23] and the temperature range from -100°C to +60°C.
A similar simultaneous change in the indicated characteristics of the peak of mechanical losses indicates an increase in the cooperatively of the process of thawing the molecular mobility of the main segments of the chain polymer network, which is typical for polymers with a more uniform structure.
With further increase in the concentration of ED-20 to 30 wt.% along with an increase in the absolute values of the elastic modulus in the glassy state (at -100°C), an even sharper decrease is observed with increasing temperature, which indicates further loosening of the structure of the corresponding polymers in the glassy state.

That indicate that an increase in laser power may result in denser crystallographic structures [16,17].
Alloy chemistry has a significant impact on the suitability of nickel superalloys for LPBF process.
A research indicates that Selective Laser Melting (SLM) of CM247LC produces a fine cellular structure with very fine γ′ precipitates.
This asymmetrical structure could be attributed to collisions between particles that occurred during both the atomization and solidification processes.
From Fig. 3, grain orientation is observed and it is also found that each grain contained a cellular structure.

For other applications requiring high mechanical performance it is important to fully understand the behaviour of the Hemp fibre which has a complex mechanical behaviour due to its composite structure.
The equilibrium moisture absorbed into the specimens depends on the relative humidity the temperature and the structure of the fibre.
The structure of the neural network used in this study for Hemp fibre was a Perceptron multilayer feed-forward network with one hidden layer.
However, due to the structure of the natural fibre, water absorption for Hemp fibre immersed in water showed a different behaviour.

Fig. 1 Crystalline structure of a piezoelectric ceramic, before and after polarization [5] Stack actuators.
Fig. 2 Structure of a piezoelectric stack [5] Typical stack actuators achieve induced displacements up to 0.2% of their lengths [4].
These actuators are advantageously used for micro positioning, structure shaping, structure damping, vibration generation, fluid control functions or energy harvesting.

The chemical structure of the final powders was determined by spectral analysis: Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) with a JASCO FT/IR-620 spectrometer and UV-VISNIR spectroscopy with a JASCO V570 spectrometer.
It can be observed that at 60oC the frequency increase with the reaction time (the initial frequency of 1721 cm -1 indicates the presence of a dimmer structure which in time is transformed to a substituted monomer structure).
A new structure with -COO- participation is formed.
This means a structural modification occurred and probably structures like COO - Ca 2+ - PO43- and/or COO- - Ca2+ -O- are formed; • commercial and hydrothermal synthesised hydroxyl-apatite presents two very low intensity bands at 1458 and 1421 cm -1 (Ca-O- and -OH bonding respectively).
FT-IR analysis indicated a structure modification and probably structures like COO- - Ca2+ - PO43- or COO- - Ca2+-O- , -CH2-C-O- group with an -OH group were formed.

CuO thin film structure shows changes when 0.5 mL PEG is added during CuO solution preparation.
A uniform micrograph could be seen with the different structure, in comparison with previous CuO thin films.
Luna et al, annealing process below than 600 ℃ will lead to the incomplete crystalline structure process of the CuO thin film, hence the thin film tend to become amorphous [21].
Due to these, it is possible for CuO thin film in this study produced amorphous structure since the annealing temperature used was 400 ℃.

The initial peak in the stress-strain curve indicates dynamic recrystallization of the low-temperature processed deformation structure [26], leading to the grain structure shown in Fig. 2.
The chances for recovery are enhanced in nc/UFG structures, because the dislocations are generated from closely spaced sources (e.g., grain boundaries).
For example, for the electrodeposited Cu with nanoscale domain structures the m at RT is 0.03 only [34].
Secondly, for the m to increase significantly, one need grain sizes well below 100 nm and/or "highly nonequilibrium" grain boundary structures.

Stainless steels may be classified by their crystalline structure into three main types, namely Austenitic, Ferritic and Martensitic stainless steels.
I-52 filler metal produced weldments with columnar dendritic structures near the fusion zone centreline while weldments from I-82 filler metal were dominated by equiaxed dendrites around the fusion zone centreline.
The plate revealed a duplex structure of ferrite and austenite.
During plastic deformation, this structure transformed to martensite due to a diffunsionless transformation caused by interface movement.
