The comparison is given for various combos of materials for gate and channel which shows effective results in reducing SCEs.
The difference in the electrical field for the different materials is shown in fig. 7.
The electrical field between the materials has been compared for various constant values of drain voltage (Vd).
Fig. 7 Net charge density at equilibrium for high-k dielectric in two different channel materials along the length of the channel.

The HPDC process of a simple part, simulated using CFD tools (Flow-3D®Flow Science Inc.) is also reported.
Furthermore, the semisolid die-casting of diverse elements is being studied by means of simulation tools, using the CFD software Flow-3D® (Flow Science Inc).
Once the material was in the semisolid region, a stirring time of 10min was used.

The yield strength and the tensile strength of the materials are 355.8 MPa and 491.7 MPa for the specimens, respectively.
Both material and geometric nonlinearities were included in the analysis.
The model was based on the measured dimensions and material properties of the test specimens.

Preface
2013 the Second International Conference on Chemical Engineering,
Metallurgical Engineering and Metallic Materials (CMMM) will be held in Dali,
China, during August 3-4, 2013, The conference aims mainly at promoting the
development of Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering and Metallic
Materials, strengthening the international academic cooperation and
communications, and exchanging research ideas.
I think CMMM 2013 will be the most comprehensive Conference focused on the Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
We believe the proceedings will provide the readers a broad overview of the latest advances in the field of Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
On behalf of the guest editors for this conference proceeding, We would like to thank the National 863 Program of China, National Science Fund of China.
Thomas Wohlbier, Managing Editor of Journal of Advanced Materials Research, is greatly acknowledged.
