Viscosity is also sensitive to the structural changes of silicate slags, thereby becoming an efficient way to study the structure of silicate slags.
Urbain, Riboud and Iida models are based on the effects on the structure of slag which melts in acidity and basicity of components, and NPL model is related with the viscosity of the slags to the structure the optical basicity corrected for the cations which is used for charging balance.
(a) Arrhenius equation, (b) Weymann equation, (c) Urbain model, (d) Riboud model, (e) NPL model and (e) Iida model Iida’s viscosity model is based on the Arrhenius type of equation, where network structure of the slag is taken into account by using the so-called modified basicity index Bi (j) [17, 28, 29].

This situation could be explained through the introduction of strong interactions between the silica network and the polymer matrix which could increase the rigidity structure of the polymer [15].
Besides that, lower flux generated from Membrane B for both thickness of polysulfone membranes also attributed to the compactness of the structure as a result of crosslinking process [14].
This phenomenon is attributed to the denser structure of Membrane B, which provide more area for adsorption of metal ion [18].
For both types of membranes, the compact structure of polysulfone thickness 90 µm has caused a higher permeation resistance as compared to that with thickness 60 µm [20].

The Microwave Assisted Synthesis of Imine Derivative Ligands for Nickel(II) Complex as Catalyst Precursors in Glucose Conversion to Sorbitol Deana Wahyuningrum1,a*, Irma Mulyani1,b and Ray Putra Prajnamitra1,c 1Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Jl.
Further structure elucidation of both ligands was performed by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
Because of the symmetrical properties of both ligands, the 1H NMR spectra showed that the chemical shifts of each proton in each segment of the ligand structure became overlapped.
The amount of protons can be derived from the integration of proton signals and it leads to the proposed structure.
The structure showed that all of imines had the potential to interact with nickel(II) ion.

Cement are strong hydraulic binder dry powders and they act as the ‘glue’ when mixed with water that give strength to the structures which produces a hard and strong binding medium for the aggregates in concrete [10].
Cement has high compressive strength and good durability after concrete hardening; thus, it can be used as a load-bearing member or structure for long-term use.
Cements can be created in large structures quickly.

A composite is a structure consisting of several single-forming materials which are combined into a new structure with better properties than the fiber-forming materials, called fiber composites.
In this case, the arrangement of the structure and the interactions between its constituent elements.
The matrix reinforcement, such as fibers is referred to as the main element of the structure.
Treatment alkalization can improve the structure fiber surface thereby increasing the interphase adhesion (bonding agent) as well as the interface between the fiber and the matrix so that the mechanical strength of the fiber will become stronger [23].

Lignocellulosic biomass is predominantly composed of 40-50% (w/w) cellulose, 25-35%(w/w) hemicellulose, and 15-20%(w/w) lignin which bound together in a complex structure[3].
Cellulose, a linear polymer formed by 1,4-p-anhydroglucopyranose units, has a highly ordered crystalline structure and represents the largest constituent in biomass [4].
Steam explosion has gained wide popularity as an efficient method to increase chemical reactivity and enzyme accessibility of the lignocellulosic structure by depolymerization of hemicellulose and cellulose polymers.
Steam explosion and twin-screw extrusion are based on continuous processes with short residence time and high throughput using the combination of mechanical and thermo-chemical treatments that efficiently depolymerizes the lignocellulosic structure.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for their unusual band structure, high electronic and optoelectronic characteristics, mechanical application, and chemical stabilities are considered promising for many potential nano-electronics and nano-device applications.
As a class of nano-objects, they are long, cylindrical structures of sp2 carbon.
Conducting polymers (CPs) are macromolecules capable of conducting electricity due to the presence of conjugation structures+ (i.e.; the π-electron delocalization) along their polymeric backbone [4].
XRD proved that the structure of MWCNTs is unaffected by the synthesis procedure.
