The use of new pre-impregnated materials “out of autoclave” OoA cured in oven, requires special consideration in the study of energy dissipation from cyclical impacts.
The use of viscoelastic materials has been an option to try to absorb noise and impact on structural surfaces.
Experimental Method A vertical weight-drop impact machine has been built to assess the mechanical behavior of these materials in the face of stresses such as impact loads.

Introduction
Water quenched blast furnace slag (GBFS) is main cementitious material of NSC, it accounts for 80%-90% of non-clinker slag cement.
Experimental methods raw materials and mixing ratio.Main component of cementitious materials is GMFS and phosphorus gypsum which alkalinity is greater than 4.5, vitrification-ratio is greater than 98.5%.
Mineral composition of raw materials and physical property follows in Table 1.
NSC’s bleeding-water phenomenon slightly larger than the OPC, it caused by early hydration rate is relatively slows than OPC.Excessive bleeding-water may lead to the material layered segregation, it not only affect the concrete’s early strength and long-term strength, but also directly affect the long-term durability of the structure.

Titanium alloy TC4 is a kind of α + β alloy, certain characteristics, however, such as low thermal conductivity, strong chemical reactivity with the cutting tool materials at high temperatures, and relatively low elastic modulus, make it one of the classical difficult-to-cut materials[3].
This is mainly because of big brittleness and high hardness of the CBN cutting tool material itself, and the micro defects of materials inside.
