Strain Rate Sensitivity of 31Mn-3Al-3Si TWIP steel

Introduction TWIP (twinning induced plasticity) steel is one of the advanced steels for automotive use because of the attractive mechanical properties at high strain rates.
ε σ &ln ln ∂ ∂ =m (1) ∂ ∂ = σ ε&ln * TMkv B (2) where Bk , T and M are Boltzmann constant, temperature and Taylor factor (3.06 for the FCC metals[12]), respectively. m-value is well-known as engineering parameter; whereas the activation volume makes it easy to discuss the strain rate sensitivity with dislocation theory.

According to 2007 Shanghai International Digital Media Technology and Industry Development Forum, there were 8836 digital media enterprises in Shanghai and the gross income of this industry was ¥41.8 billion.
No Obvious Effect Achieved in General Education and Training of the all-round Abilities Training: According to the education law, the aim of higher education is to make students acquire knowledge by studying so that they can master modern professional techniques, to train advanced talents with professional skills by improving students’ study skill, creative skill and practical skill.
b) As an important teaching method, case teaching plays a positive role in improving teaching and talents quality of higher education, it’s not easy for teachers to give a good case teaching lecture which needs advanced theoretical cultivation and corresponding knowledge and it is very difficult to make all the knowledge points of a professional course involved in a case.
During the course of the project, students can learn the knowledge of software engineering and project management and apply these kinds of knowledge into project practice.
With the advance of teaching reform deeply, the teaching mode in each research direction of digital media technology and talents training mode will be continuously optimized and perfected so as to train inter-disciplinary talents with originality thinking and practical capability.

Alumina forming FeCrAl alloys are at present the class of engineering metallic materials
that shows the longest working lives in the temperature range >1100ºC in oxidising environments.
A recently introduced commercial alloy, Kanthal® APMT, an advanced example of application of rapid solidification to introduce dispersion strengthening in FeCrAl, was investigated and a selection of results is presented in the paper.
