The increasing interest in introducing degradable, renewable, and inexpensive reinforcement materials which have been environment friendly has stimulated the use of hard cellulose fibres.
The reinforced materials are able to withstand higher loading as the stresses are transferred to the fibres.
This will eventually slow crack propagation of the materials.

It is shown that the x-ray diffraction patterns of each composition for the composite materials are the same.
Both types of materials have excellent chemical stability and relatively cheap to produce.
