The structure of the polymer film and the dynamic properties were mainly presented and discussed.
This result is expected as at low temperatures the chains collapse to dense structures.
One has to remember that the annealing of model polypeptide chains causes the increase of the number of helical states even if the helical potential was turned off, because the compact structure of chains generates some secondary structures.
Local ordering was also stabilized if the degree of confinement was larger the size of ordered structures.

Absorption peaks at 975 cm-1 and 759 cm-1 may been attributed to the C-O-C stretching vibration of oxacyclobutane quaternary ring and are the characteristic peaks of quaternary epoxy structure.
Compared with Figs. 11a and 11b, it can be found that the characteristic peaks of the quaternion epoxy in the oxacyclic butane structure at 975 cm-1 and 759 cm-1 are significantly becoming smaller, and the absorption peaks at 975 cm-1 almost disappears.
