In order to consideration of these materials’ strain rate dependence, Cowper-Symonds dynamic constitutive equation shown in Eq.1 was adopted [2,3]
(1) Here, is dynamic yielding stress, is static yielding stress, is strain rate and are materials’ constants, respectively.
The yielding stress of both materials show the distinguish strain rate dependence with increasing strain rate.

Under being excited by 980nm laser, three materials emit red, green and blue light, whose peak wavelengths are 660nm, 550nm and 480nm, respectively.
By using same proportioning of fluoride substrate materials and different component of rare-earth ions, three kinds of up-conversion luminescence materials are fabricated by adopting high temperature solid-state method.
