Laser shock plastic deforming of sheet metal is a new technique which realized by shock waves induced by high power pulsed laser interacting with materials, this technique has a remarkable advantage to some materials hard to plastic form.
As the peak pressure of shock wave induced by laser at the sample surface is greater than the dynamic yield strength of the materials, the metal sheet yields and deforms.

Introduction  The unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) is a new type of building and furnishing materials, It is often used for countertops in kitchen and bathroom renovation.
A 3D structure of composite materials is formed since the addition of rigid particles, the composite material’s different physical characteristics of each dimension make anisotropic, the changes of mechanical properties are reflected mainly in interface.
For isotropic materials, there are two independent material constants only, there are three independent constants in the stiffness tensors and compliance tensors only.
