The Si implanted materials have a markedly increased erosion resistance than unimplanted siloxane coatings in AO environment.
Polymer materials used in spacecraft are usually damaged both chemically and physically by these environmental factors.
Major environmental factors related to the degradation of polymer materials’ properties are AO, UV, and radiation.
The surface of implanted polymer based materials combines the advantages of inorganic materials and organic polymers.

As a suggestion for any future development purpose for this study, it would be appropriate to highlight some recommendations; control chilled water circulation, increase charging capacity, experiment conduct at actual office room size, select materials with high resistant to thermal and conducted potential cost saving.

Introduction The solidification in electric field provides a new way to control the solidification structure of metal and manufacture new materials with special property.
For high melting point metals or alloys, such as iron and steel materials, it is more difficult to apply the pulsing electric currents to the melts, and therefore few investigations have been conducted [6-8].
Pure iron and elements investigated have been used to make three Fe-based alloys (Table 1) by mixing the raw materials and heating to 1550oC for 30 minutes until the alloy was completely melted in the furnace.
