Thus, this study aimed to present a strut strength-reduction coefficient based on the test results to predict shear strength of simple deep RC beams.
Figure of values of the load, deflection and displacement were recorded at every 0.25 mm of mid-span deflection by using data logger.
Then, the maximum principle strain was substituted into equation 1 [4] to calculate the strength reduction coefficient.
Furthermore, strength reduction coefficients of struts decreased when a/d ratio increased.
Based on the test results, the empirical relationship to estimate strength reduction coefficients of struts is shown in Fig. 6.

Algorithm description
Noise reduction on original image.
So we select a median filter with window size w * w(w is an odd ); then we scan the infrared image with w * w window,sort the datas contained in the window and get the median as the grey value of central point in the window,thereby reducing noise in the image.
As is shown in figure 3(a),the infrared image after noise reduction contains rich detail information and has low contrast in detail part,having a gray scale range from 768 to 9788,about 9000 grayscale.
The infrared image after noise reduction, base image, detail image and enhanced detail image, which are processed from figure 1, are shown in figure 2.

The measured data show that (1) Although the measured sound levels of these bridges meet the requirement of Chinese codes, they are near the maximum limit and the vibration and noise reduction is necessary; (2) A-weighted sound level of bridge is close to that of the road nearby; (3) Z-weighted sound level of bridge is much greater than that of the road nearby, it indicates that the bridge noise contains much low frequency noise, so that A-weighted sound level can’t reflect the noise of bridge accurately, and Z-weighted sound level shall be used to evaluate the acoustic environment near bridges.

This pump may be used for slow liquid medicine injections for the purpose of pain reduction in a wide spectrum of inpatient treatments as well as for tube feeding in patients incapable of eating solid foods.
Local manufacturing of goods and equipment has many advantages including a reduction in transportation costs in and out of the country, foreign goods guarantee and repair costs, internal employment opportunities created and on a wider scale independence and self-sufficiency and national scientific development.
Data was collected from twenty users including nurses, repairmen and patients from hospitals and private clinics in Tehran and Isfahan cities during the winter of 2011.
Data analysis and processing was performed to determine the design criteria for the infusion pump body and encasement as follow: Performance Criteria · Use of horizontal door for ease of line installation and connection; · Reduction in production costs and producible with present technologies; · Use of touch screen monitors; · Use of standing or stationary form and design; · Creation of visual balance for viewer's mental relaxation; · Ease of operation and minimizing steps in using and operating the machine for quick remembrance of tasks performed; · Use of remote control; · Equipped with alarm systems to point to technical problems; · Capability of saving data in the active memory for reuse of instructions during the period of treatment specified by the physicians; · Ease of learning how to operate the instrument; · Reliability during its operation.

Introduction
Traditional noise reduction methods for the cab of the truck include vibration isolation, sound insulation,noise reduction,sound absorption and so on.These passive noise control methods have a better control effect on high-frequency noise in the cab , while the low-frequency noise can not be effectively controlled.With developing of the electronic and control technology , Active Noise Conrtol is applied to the field of reducing low-frequency noise of interior cab.
And import the reference signal data into MATLAB/Simulink.A forward AANC system is established according to the block diagram of Fig.4.
Especially in the frequency of 55Hz, 120Hz, 420Hz , the reduction effects are better.And it also can be seen that the system has a good convergence and stability from the time domain curve in figure 7.
