Abstract.During many factors affect the straightening precision, the shape of roller gap affect directly the flatness and the distribution of residual stress; At the same time, roll system's stiffness, as an important part of the roller leveler's whole stiffness, affect directly the design of leveling production process.
Activities beams material is Q345, the elasticity module is 211000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3; The materials of straightening rollers and supporting rollers is 60CrMoV forged steel, with the elasticity module of 221000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3; rollers box material is cast steel, the elasticity module is 175000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3.
