Effect of Ultrasonic Vibration Grinding for Mechanical Properties of Al2O3/ZrO2 Ceramics ZHU Yao-Min 1School of Materials Science and Engineering, Henan University of Science & Technology, Luoyang 471003, China zhuyaomin59@mail.haust.edu.cn Keywords: Al2O3; ZrO2; ultrasonic vibration grinding Abstract: The effect of ultrasonic vibration grinding for mechanical properties of Al2O3/ZrO2 ceramics composite was studied in this work.
As nano- ZrO2 is used as raw materials, the size of ZrO2 grains in the sintered ceramics is controlled about 1 micrometer in Figure 4.
But no microcrack defects can be seen on the ceramic surface, suggesting ultrasonic grinding is benefit to plastic grinding for hard and brittle materials.

However, conventional material models can not describe the material behaviors in micro/meso scale due to size/scale effects.
Thus, , .And the other material parameters are Young’s modulus, initial yield stress.
After the material flows into the die gradually, the forming force decreases.

As the density of ceramisite particle is small, in the concrete mixing process, the ceramisite concrete segregation problem easily occur, so mineral admixture is the essential materials of preparation of high fluidity concrete with pumping, how does it impact work performance of ceramisite concrete is very worthy of study.

Introduction Real-time monitoring of dynamic stress concentration is one of the most efficient methods for deterioration diagnosis and remaining life prediction of materials.
The resulting smart ML coating can transfer mechanical energy into the photo energy of light emission, which is capable of sensing the dynamic stress of substrate materials.
