CdS and CdSe (groups II-VI) turned to be the most attractive semiconductor materials (due to its optical and electronic properties), which could be incorporated into multisegmented nanowires to create optoelectronic devices[1, 2].
Still, further investigations and more works are needed to: (1) find new methods to produce materials. (2) research the mechanism of the nanostructures growth. (3) expand the application range of the nanostructures.

Materials and Methods For production of inorganic sulfides based on sulfuric cake raw materials, the following components were used: sulfur (S), which was the waste from the Nizhnekamsk oil refinery with 99.98% wt. of base material (GOST 127-93); zinc chloride ZnCl2, (GOST 4529-78); The composite materials were studied using the methods of physical chemical analysis.
Schematic diagram of the technology of sulfuric materials based on sulfuric cake.
The strength of such materials is 20-32 MPa, water absorption of about 1-2%.

The corrosion chart was used for the preliminary screening of materials that are likely to be suitable.
As the thermal analysis result is uniform or remain unchanged, and then the material will be selected by comparing the relative costs of the possible candidate materials since the one of the significance of the study is to select the materials with the most effective cost.
