To limit the aggregation of nanosized ZVI, the unique layer structure of smectite clay was employed as a template to synthesize discrete regions of ZVI and palladized ZVI with average sizes of <1 nm which exhibited higher reactivity and reduction efficiency than other types of nanosized ZVI (Gu et al. 2010; Jia et al. 2011).

Other features that complicate the process are: high shear resistance, which causes high localized stresses at the corners of the tools; high hardening tendencies due to the austenitic structure; presence of abrasive intermetallic compounds (MC, M23C6); low thermal conductivity which results in concentration of the heat in the area to be cut (≥ 1000 °C); adhesion and welding of the work pieces that deteriorates the tool and the surface to cut These characteristics of super alloys cause the raise of both temperature and stresses (up to 3450 MPa) [3] in the cutting area causing an acceleration in wear of the tool edge, the formation of craters and grooves, according to the material used as tool.
Different variables can be combined (hard particles nature and chemistry, grain size, sintering techniques, coating) to give the desired cemented carbide insert.

The most variable structures of antifungal medications are used as polyenes (e.g. nystatin) which have both fungistatic and fungicidal properties in vitro; imidazoles (e.g. clotrimazole, tioconazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole, sulconazole, and oxiconazole), which have fungistatic properties in vitro; and allylamines/benzylamines (e.g. naftifine, terbinafine, and butenafine), which have fungistatic and fungicidal properties in vitro (Tom and Kane, 1999).
