This study is conducted to determine the effect of five variables on mechanical properties of geopolymer binders.
The mechanical properties considered are compressive strength, porosity and density.
A statistical analysis was performed to determine the statistically significant factors and therefore this table has no units.
Geopolymer binder (GB) properties are highly dependent upon the type, ratios and concentrations of mixing constituents.

A set of factors affects the values of bulging area parameters: the indentation force F, the mechanical properties of the surface layer (using bilinear material model they are the yield stress σy and hardening modulus Eh), residual stresses.
Mechanical properties of material do not affect the value of index nd, but the diameter d0F depends on them.
Values W0d and index nw depend on the mechanical properties of the material.
The mathematical model, presented by equations (1) - (4), describes the complex impact of strength factor (indentation force F), geometry factor (diameter of the indentation d) and mechanical factors (material properties σy, Eh, residual stresses) on the geometric parameters of bulging area.
Distribution of displacements is affected by a number of factors: magnitude and sign of residual stresses, magnitude of indentation force, properties of material.

In this paper, MWNTs were treated by Fendon oxidation method and mixed acid method, for finding the factors of functionalized effect affecting MWNTs.
Since the aromatic ring structure on the polyimide main chain is very stable, the polyimide has outstanding heat resistance, mechanical properties, and electrical properties [7-8].
The mechanical properties of the PI films were also the best.

It realizes the integrated manufacturing of grinding and surface hardening and has widely application prospects in the field of grinding machine and improving surface properties of metal material[1-2].
It can be seen that: the orders of each factor affected on average value of grinding-hardened layer’s depth as follow: depth of cut ap > table speed vw >grinding method gm > interaction av.
The results shows that: only F-value of depth of cut ap is bigger than critical values, so depth of cut ap is significant factor to affect the average value of grinding-hardened layer’s depth, table speed vw and the grinding method gm are insignificant factor.
It can be seen that: the orders of each factor affected on uniformity of grinding-hardened layer’s depth as follow: grinding method gm > interaction av> depth of cut ap > table speed vw.
Conclusions (1) In the process of grinding-hardening machine, depth of cut ap is the significant factor affected the average value of grinding-hardened layer’s depth; the significance of grinding conditions that affected the uniformity of grinding-hardened layer’s depth are very limited

Tensile test for aged steel under different strain rate Residual stress significan.tly affects the mechanical properties and lifetime of materials, particularly under cyclic loading and challenging environments.
It is expected that the collapse of the lamellar structure during pre-straining will significantly affect the mechanical properties of the material; normally, there is an increase in hardness and strength owing to strain hardening, but probably a decrease in ductility and toughness.

properties Abstract.
At first, we studied Ti6Al4V samples produced by Electron Beam Melting (EBM) to determine the mechanical properties of the base material.
Similar results were obtained by Al-Bermani and colleagues [9] who also correlated the reduction of the mechanical properties of the treated samples with the size increase of the α phase lamellae.
Conclusions In this work the mechanical properties, microstructure, and defects of a Ti6Al4V alloy 3D printed by EBM were determined.
The mechanical properties of 3D printed samples are comparable to the ones of the same alloy produced conventionally and treated with a solution and ageing treatment.

By exploring the variables affecting cured layer thickness, the findings in this study are expected to improve DLP 3D printing technology in producing high-resolution structures, especially in the z-direction.
However, there is still no highly effective method to solve this problem, and there has yet to be a systematic investigation into the factors affecting the cured layer thickness.
This study aims to enhance DLP 3D printing technology by investigating factors influencing cured layer thickness from both material and optical perspectives.
Conclusions This study comprehensively investigated various factors to synthetically control the cured layer thickness from both material and optical perspectives, utilizing commercial resins.
This research paves the way for further advancements in 3D printing methodologies, offering potential improvements in both material properties and printing techniques.

The precision of micromanipulator is affected by the characteristic of compliant spring.
The relationships among property of load, displacement, curvature etc and geometrical parameter are analyzed.
The linear range of this mechanism can reach micron level and the resolution can come sub-micron level[1].Compliant spring is the most important part of precision micro-displacements mechanism, it not only can bear a load reliably, but also is the very important factors affecting the performance and reliability of micro-displacements system[2].
Based on above analysis, we can conclude that there is anon-linear relationship among mechanical properties, geometric parameters and loading conditions.
