Introduction
Cast aluminum alloy is one of the most poplar materials applied to the automotive engine.
But they don’t find the mechanisms of PCD tool as the mechanism was complex than other materials [2].
Work piece material was cast aluminum alloy.

The tensile strength of the material of choice is , where,.
That is to say, the tension bar tends to be reliable (or failure) of the speed of geometric dimension tension bar than the material strength, strength of materials and loading, this and formula Eq. 7 the obtained conclusion is consistent.
Fig. 2 Tension bar four design parameters of the time-varying reliability sensitivity curve Summary Through the design parameters of the random variable average reliability sensitivity of the numerical value of the positive and negative, because the tube type of material strength and outer diameter D reliability sensitivity value is positive, then the reliability of the tension bar as the increase of strength of materials and outer diameter D and increase.

High specific stiffness and strength materials like an advanced composite material
are requested for reduction of automotive weight.
In case of railroad car, light-weight composite materials were applied to the secondary structures such as front panel and interior part.

Introduction
High-temperature application range of advanced ceramic materials (ZrO2, SiC, Si3N4)
depends in a great measure upon the possibility of fabricating tight and mechanically strong joints
between these ceramic materials and metals, and between the ceramic materials themselves.
Materials based on intermetallic compounds of nickel and iron with aluminium show unique mechanical properties as well as highstability at elevated temperatures.
Materials and Technology The materials used in the experiments was zirconium ceramic stabilised with 3% of Y2O3 (fabricated at the Institute of Technology of Electronic Materials).

The so-called circular economy is a closed-loop process of “resources—products and supplies—renewable resources”, and it makes all raw materials and energy get reasonable use in the economic cycle.
