Basic data cleaning and data validation function was developed to meet data quality demand referring to data integrality, data authenticity and data time effectiveness.
Thus, the meta data management module should record all data sources and compare the data from data warehouse with the data from source pages.
When the data are inconsistent, the system should update the data of the data warehouse.
Basic data cleaning and data validation function was developed to meet data quality demand referring to data integrality, data authenticity and data time effectiveness.
We are fully convinced that the application of these methods and data must lead to the reduction of family car’s LCC and actively enhance the level of design.

For spin-forming of CTIG with a large number of teeth, the diameter reduction is not conducive to removing the part from the mandrel.
And the reduction amount is related to the number of teeth of CTIG.
For CTIG with a small number of gear teeth, the reduction amount in internal diameter of blank is small.
For a CTIG with trapezoidal tooth formed by spin-forming, the root diameter of part can be chosen as the locating datum.
Though the reduction amount is still small, it exceeds the clearance limit between mandrel and blank.

After the massive experiment monitors and the contrast confirmation with the disaster situation data in National Disaster Reduction Center, the model forecasting result and the disaster situation statistical data have good uniformity from the space position and the risk degree.
According to the historical case data, the three evaluation factors are analyzed.
Assessment result by predictive model Validation and Conclusion The model is used in a short-term evaluation of pastoral snowstorm disaster risk from January 1st to February 28th of 2010, for model validation by comparing the model predictions with the real data set from National Disaster Mitigation Center.
As the results of this study indicate, the assessment outcome from January to February coincides well with the statistical data in terms of space location and risk level.

The high performance of the Co10-Ni10/CeO2 was attributed to enhancement of surface Ce4+ reduction and fine particles of metal.
As CH4 showed signals in TCD and FID simultaneously, total analysis of the products was given and data with carbon balance over 95% were adopted.
The first reduction peak temperature at 320oC was attributed to the reduction of Co3+ to Co2+ and the second at 380oC was assigned to the reduction of Co2+ to Co0.
For ceria, two reduction peaks could be observed.
The first broad peak at 400oC was due to the reduction of surface and subsurface Ce4+ to Ce3+, while the second peak at over 800oC corresponded to the reduction of bulk Ce4+ to Ce3+.

The paper is dedicated to predict tension softening curve of concrete by using artificial neural networks (ANNs) based on experimental data of five different mixtures of concrete (including High Performance Concrete).
In order to evaluate the prediction accuracy, tension softening curve and other fracture parameters were predicted for each mix from the other four mixes and compared with the omitted data of the relevant mix.
The reduction easily exceeds 10 % and sometimes exceeds even 20 %, [1].
Then, a prediction was made for the omitted concrete and compared with the data of the original omitted concrete.

The nanocrystalline WC-Co bulk material with a relative density of 98.5% was prepared by combing in-situ reduction and carbonization reactions and spark plasma sintering method.
The WC-Co composite powder was fabricated by in-situ reduction and carbonization reactions [8].
The data is not stable as the penetration depth is not deep enough (for example less than 300nm).
As the penetration depth is larger than 300nm, the contact area of the indentation is large enough to eliminate the up negative effects to the precise of the measured data, especially to cause more WC grains and Co phase to deform together.
Conclusion The nanocrystalline WC-Co bulk material, with a relative density of 98.5% and a mean grain size of 90nm, was prepared by combing in-situ reduction and carbonization reactions and spark plasma sintering.

Non-availability of design data warrants generation of fatigue data and appreciation of damage mechanism responsible for its failure.
There is approximately 9% reduction in E (Young’s Modulus of Elasticity) at 400° C and 16% reduction at 700 ° C compared to that of at RT which is reflected in Table 1.
There is not much reduction in % EL & % RA when tested at 400 °C.
Analysis of the cyclic stress response data reveals that the material gets isotropically hardening at RT and 400° C.

The association of these data makes it possible to highlight the important dependence existing between the residual stresses level introduced by manufacture and the aging treatments of composite materials.
After 4h and 8h of post cure, the residual stresses reduction is reduced to 20%.
On the other hand, the stresses reduction is around 10% for 2h of post cure.
Thus, after a certain time, the increase of the post cure duration does not cause any significant reduction of the residual stresses level.
However, for standard cure cycle, the reduction stresses level is very weak due to the short time post cure.
