Therefore, it is highly necessary in practical production to study the distribution pattern recognition of small sample censored data, especially the data estimation method for small sample censored data, to make effective use of the potential information of small sample data, and to cultivate as much useful information as possible.
The Selection of the Data Distribution Parameter.
Distribution parameter of the selected results has great impact upon the data distribution pattern recognition.
The Breakdown of the Data Distribution Pattern.
The data series were sorted, and then the series of data were censored to make the value of data not less than "2500" in the training sample set.

The cyclic voltammetry behavior of PbO2/Pb(II) couple on graphite felt electrode was studied, and the oxidization and reduction peak potentials were 1.547V and 1.241V, respectively.
When and , the equation 2 is approximated to express as (3) There is a linear relationship between the net anodic current density and overpotential, and the ratio of overpotential and net anodic current density is charge transfer resistance R, that is (4) According to the test data of anodic polarization curves of graphite felt electrode in electrolyte with soluble lead(II), Fig. 2 showed that the linear relationship between net anodic current density and overpotential.
The oxidation and reduction peak potentials and currents were basically unchanged with the increase of cycle number and the oxidation and reduction peak potentials were 1.547 V and 1.241 V, respectively.
The oxidation and reduction peak potentials of PbO2/Pb(II) couple on the treated graphite felts increased, which was advantageous to reduction reactions of PbO2/Pb(II) couple on the graphite felts.
(2) The oxidation and reduction peak potentials were basically unchanged with the increase of cycle number and the oxidation and reduction peak potentials were 1.547 V and 1.241 V, respectively.

After the massive experiment monitors and the contrast confirmation with the disaster situation data in National Disaster Reduction Center, the model forecasting result and the disaster situation statistical data have good uniformity from the space position and the risk degree.
According to the historical case data, the three evaluation factors are analyzed.
Assessment result by predictive model Validation and Conclusion The model is used in a short-term evaluation of pastoral snowstorm disaster risk from January 1st to February 28th of 2010, for model validation by comparing the model predictions with the real data set from National Disaster Mitigation Center.
As the results of this study indicate, the assessment outcome from January to February coincides well with the statistical data in terms of space location and risk level.

The improvement of cryptogram query hit rate and the reduction of redundant data in query results are the challenges in the outsourced database (ODB) model.
First of all, we divide the data which need to be encrypted into two types: one is string-type data and the other is numeric data including pure numeric data or the data that can be converted into numeric data, such as string-type data only contain numbers, time-type data, etc.
For string-type data, a new k-Mapping Character-data Encryption Scheme (k-MCES) is used.
However, ES return much redundant data.

Main expected benefits are reduction of drag, enhancement in lift-to-drag ratio and reduction of interferences with radio frequency transmissions during the re-entry.

In Fig. 2 the para-linear fitting of experimental data is shown, evidencing very good correlation coefficients.
A simple parabolic fitting model (δ(t) = k1 t + k2) shows excellent correlation coefficients with experimental data (Fig.3b).

In this research work, the actual production data of the manufacturer is gathered, arranged, formatted and quantified to build a resource and environment attribute database for the conventional manufacturing process.
The operation details for data gathering refer to the article [8].
Comparing with the simulation data of the demonstration workshop accomplished before and after, as shown in Fig.3, the optimal effects on the logistics intensity and the production rhythm are obvious.
Via gathering the basic data for motor power and machining noise in standard machining parameters, the optimal solution of machine scheduling for energy conservation and noise reduction is obtained in viewpoint of the machine tool-workshop system.
The production data in 2004 is compared with the situation in operational year due to the production scale is the maximum in 2004.

As far as the previous systematic study [5,6] showed that platinum, palladium, and rhodium have marked activity and can be utilized to elucidate the reduction characteristics of NH3 conversion in a catalytic oxidation and dehydrogenation system.
However, no electrocatalytic oxidation assessment data are available for most fabricate and use these metal composites.
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammograms (LSV) measurements were conducted at room temperature with an electrochemical analyzer (CHI 6081D, USA) using a three-electrode electrochemical cell to investigate the oxidation/reduction of the powder samples.
Furthermore, the generation of rhodium hydroxide species (Rh(OH) x) was measured with reduction peaks at 0.5 V [14].
In contrast, the PtPdRh ternary electrocatalytic materials in 0.5 M H2SO4 gives negligible oxidation-reduction current in this potential window (Fig. 3a).

In this case methodology allowing reduction of manual data acquisition rate is required.
At the same time they generate new data resulting from the operation of control algorithms processing original data from primary sources, so they can be also considered as primary data source for another type of data.
In these methods worker intervention may be required, but it is minimized and the actions of the employee are supported with hardware and software solutions, that enable the reduction of the error rate of data acquisition and increase its speed.
Main MIAS subsystems are data acquisition, data integration and data archiving, sharing and presentation subsystems (Fig. 3).
Main functions of MIAS are: automatic or semi-automatic data acquisition from various sources, data integration (including data pre-processing and aggregation), data archiving in real-time, highly-maintainable database, communication interfaces between all elements of MIAS, data sharing and presentation, command channel.

Reduction effect on friction for pilot cold mill.
Rolling data of 186 light gauge tin plate coils of the same grade have been collected on a ArcelorMittal recirculated coupled tandem cold mill in two different situations: at slow rolling speed (~150 mpm) during flying gauge change, slow speed data, and at high rolling speed, high speed data (the coils are the same for slow and high speed data).
Slow speed data have revealed a great variation of strip reduction from coil to coil in stands 4 and 5, probably because the exit thickness for light gage coils is not all the time controlled during flying gauge change.
All the calculations were made for 27% reduction.
Reduction = 27% Conclusions and future steps.

The numerical model, composed of thermophysical material data, geometric data and boundary conditions, was calibrated and experimentally validated.
The numerical model is calibrated by a suitable variation of several boundary conditions, so that the calculated primary dendrite arm spacing is equivalent to the experimentally derived data.
The solid lines represent calculated quantities; the points comply with measured data.
Calculated quantities are given as full symbols, solid lines correspond to approximated data.
