In this research work, the actual production data of the manufacturer is gathered, arranged, formatted and quantified to build a resource and environment attribute database for the conventional manufacturing process.
The operation details for data gathering refer to the article [8].
Comparing with the simulation data of the demonstration workshop accomplished before and after, as shown in Fig.3, the optimal effects on the logistics intensity and the production rhythm are obvious.
Via gathering the basic data for motor power and machining noise in standard machining parameters, the optimal solution of machine scheduling for energy conservation and noise reduction is obtained in viewpoint of the machine tool-workshop system.

Initial data for calculation of elastic strain were: rolling force, strip width, length and diameters of work rolls and back-up rolls of finishing stand 12 of hot rolling mill 1700 of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC.
Statistical sampling of measurement results was also considering data from technology parameters measurement for each steel grade and profile dimension.
As per data of calculations there were trends built for dependence of bend deflection on width of rolled strips for steel grade 3sp (killed) (Fig. 1 & 2), where it is visible that after the decreasing of strip width down to 1268mm work roll bend deflection is reducing (as the intra-roll pressure along the rolls contact is reducing) and the compression deformation of contacting rolls is decreasing.
At the rolling of wide strips for roll of design LPHNd-63 the bending value was 0.03mm, for roll of design HiCr – 0.019mm (reduction by 0.011mm – 36.7%), for roll of design AS1180xx – 0.012mm (reduction by 0.007mm – 36.8%).
At the rolling of wide strips for roll of design LPHNd-74 the bending value was 0.025mm, for roll of design ICPD – 0.021mm (reduction by 0.004mm – 16%), for roll of design HVS80 – 0.009mm (reduction by 0.012mm – 56.1%).

The structure of the catalyst is stable under the conditions of preferential C3H8 reduction.
Gadolinium vanadite GdVO3 was prepared from GdVO4 via high-temperature reduction.
The results obtained during the catalytic conversion were compared with the thermal cracking data.
These results agree with the data on the selectivity of product formation.

Temperature-Programmed Reduction (TPR) analysis was carried out in a Micromeritics 2900 TPD/TPR instrument.
Temperature-programmed reduction In order to assess the effect of the microwave ageing on the reducibility of the synthesized hydrotalcite-like compounds, a temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) study was carried out.
On the whole, the reduction of Ni2+ into Ni0 takes place in the 375-750 ºC range; the complex curve suggests that more than one reduction process occur simultaneously.
TPR profiles of the samples are against reduction and sintering by the matrix, requiring higher reduction temperatures and resulting in a better dispersion of the nickel particles [21].

In fact point defects introduce deep levels in the semiconductor gap which affect the electrical properties of diodes and a simple interpretation of data is difficult: Schottky barrier and carrier concentration result completely modified; the concentration of vacancy, as calculated by TRIM simulation (using version STRIM2000) [7], is rather uniform in the measured layer (1.2 - 3.5 µm) and for this fluence is 5×10 15 cm-3.
The slope of the data allows to determine the efficiency of carrier reduction (compensation/vacancy).
The obtained results are shown in Fig.3 versus the nitrogen concentration, together with the data reported by Aberg et al. [8, 9].
The literature data are also reported.
Indeed these point defects cause also a change in the I-V characteristics of the diodes mainly related to the strong reduction of carrier concentration around the end ion range.

With respect to precedent work [5], the experimental protocol and the data analysis of X-ray micro-diffraction have been improved and validated to get reliable results.
Following a data collection strategy, a 20 x 30 µm area of the electrolyte surface has been scanned in white beam mode with a 1 µm step.
Thanks to an in-line data analysis, monochromatic measurements have been performed at the center of the grains studied with a scan step of 1 eV.
To ensure stable and reliable data processing, a specific process with different check points has been developed.
The measurement protocol and the data analysis have been validated using two test samples: a stress-free single crystal of germanium that allows calibrating white beam measurements and a stress-free 8YSZ poly-crystal.

Once complete and almost defects free layers were obtained, partial reduction was found to lead to the creation of almost circular nano sized holes in the SAMs; which can be used as nano-electrodes.
Once the maximum blockage is obtained, a partial reduction is conducted by holding the potential at a given position regarding the SAM reduction peak which leads to a drastic change in the blocking properties.
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was conducted by using a potentiostat (Solartron SI 1287), and the data acquisition with the CorrWare-Electrochemistry software.

Conclusion Our results show that cycling (reduction-redeposition) of electrodeposited thiol SAMs improves the blocking properties.
