Introduction
Damage mechanics constitutive models are widely used for engineering materials and have received a great deal of research efforts in the past decades.

Li, “Microelement formulation of free energy for quasi-brittle materials”, Journal of Engineering Mechanics-ASCE, vol. 140, 2014, no.06014008. ], which may take the form of Peach–Koehler forces on dislocation lines in crystals or static friction on microcracks in quasi-brittle solids.
As of now very little is quantitatively known about the storage and release of plastic free energy in various kinds of materials, which need future investigation for physical understanding of damage.
Acknowledgements Financial supports from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant Nos. 51108336, 51378377) are greatly appreciated.

Furthermore, the results also suggested that the floor materials should be selected to avoid the slip accidents.
Introduction Manual materials handling (MMH) can be often seen in the workplace.
Once the platform and walkway are covered with subjected floor materials, the floor COF values could be measured, and participants were requested to walk on the ramps to perform the experiment.

Unfortunately, chromium has a poor ductility at room temperature, mainly due to impurities like nitrogen or oxygen [[] Y.F.Gu, Y.Ro, H.Harada: The possibility of Cr-base alloys for high temperature applications, Materials Science Forum, vols. 475-479, 627-630 (2005)
], whereas at high temperature, its high creep rate limits its use in structural application [[] Y.F.Gu, Y.Ro, H.Harada: Chromium and chromium-based alloys: problems and possibilities for high temperature service, JOM, 56 (9) 28-33 (2004)

Materials The alloys were synthesized by melting metal pieces in a high frequency furnace in a chilled copper crucible.
The raw materials are of commercial-purity (>99.9%).

The elaboration of Cr-MoW alloys by melting is very difficult due to the very high melting temperature of the raw materials.

During repeated operations, personnel difference will induce operation differences, materials consumption of the smelting process fluctuates, and finally the cost of smelting fluctuates.
Statistical value of daily cost data N minimal value maximum value mean value standard deviation Steel cost 30 2355 3497 2923 224 Valid N 30 According to basic principles of smelting, material and energy balance was calculated; the amount of materials required per heat was counted out.
In one cluster, every heat has similar materials and smelting results, according to my theory above: the low-cost heat means the low-cost operation method, and operation parameters are summary out from data in the cluster.
As a new heat, materials have been prepared, and the target steel grade has been confirmed.
