The method to determine thermal fields considering dependence of thermophysical and mechanical properties of coating materials and a base from the temperature, the running of plastic deformations and stresses relaxation at plasma spraying is suggested.
The mathematical model of calculation of thermal field with moving boundary considering nonlinear feature of coating growth at layer-by-layer deposition and dependences from thermophysical properties of materials of the system «coating-base» is developed.
At the materials interface connections there is an ideal thermal contact, i.e. the fourth class boundary condition is performed [9, 10] (5) The formulated nonlinear problem is solved by numerical methods of finite differences [11, 12].
In this case, the boundary points can be external and then they meet the boundary conditions of the II-th or III-th kind, or internal points [14, 15], that is, to be an interface between two materials and then they meet the boundary conditions of the IV-th kind.

Abstract.
This Paper use the skeleton density and particle interfering theory to asphalt gradation design which draw on the three parameters basis of Bailey method, and introduce a new factor“q”,which represent the materials of filler in the coarse aggregate[1].Through a series of experiment, it found that the new indictor has notable effect on the dense skeleton structure formation ,which structure could decrease the rutting damage of high temperture and water damage of asphalt mixture in hot-humid region[2].
Materials and gradation design Test materials.Shell A-70 # asphalt, limestone aggregate, grounded furnace limestone slag were used as raw materials in this research .Table 1 shows the main technical characteristics of asphalt.
