The number of domains and the
range of full-width half-maxima values of the x-ray rocking curves of the ( 0211 ) wafers (15 to 40
arcsec) were smaller than the analogous values acquired from the (0001) materials (15 to 60 arcsec).
Bulk mobilities and carrier concentrations in the ( 0211 ) films were determined using Hall measurements (Van der Pauw configuration) and compared with analogous published data for 8° off-axis 4H-SiC(0001) materials.
A nickel-based alloy, prepared at 950 o C, was used as the contact material.

Buildup of finite element model
2.1 Selection of constitutive model. In the analysis of pile-soil interaction, the materials of pile shaft, in view of the deformation of them under loads being much smaller than the soil mass, were considered as an elastic material in the calculation process, with the elastic modulus E = 3.0 × 104MPa, Poisson's ratio 0.2.

The main purpose of wear testing is to obtain data that can be used as a guide for predicting the behavior of materials in service.
Materials and processing Direct Metal (bronze-nickel) powder was used to manufacture test pieces that are employed to carry out functional testing in this study.
Nickel powder that acts as structure material has a melting point of 14500C and bronze particle as binder material has a melting point of 8500C.

Experimental
Raw Materials.PII42.5R Portland cement was produced by Zhujiang Cement Plant, Guangzhou, China, the chemical composition of cement refers to Table 1, and physical properties refers to Table 2.
Moreover, from figure 1 and figure 2, it is clear that, after addition of PVA, the flexible strength / compressive strength (about 1/6) of the cement based materials with PVA, is far bigger than that of the cement based materials without PVA (about 1/10).
