It will change the status quo of the lack of dialogue between materials science with art, recycled materials from the point of view of public art, research and development, and applications make proactive in environmental design.
In this study, "renewable materials" mainly focused on the public art materials field, its scope and methods of public art.
Recycled materials include not only well-known natural renewable materials, but also include man-made biodegradable materials and life industrial recycled materials, which greatly enriched the scope of public art materials, and reflect the public geographical characteristics and diversity of the arts.
The Scope of Application of Recycled Materials in Public Art Uses of renewable natural materials.
Life, industrial recycled materials.

A significant part of traditional natural raw materials, which reserves are limited, could replace technogenic raw materials [1-5].
Modern analysis of unconventional clay raw materials [13-14] for its application, using the latest achievements of science, will give a serious impetus to the development of new types of building materials and production technologies.
A significant proportion of these rocks do not meet the regulatory requirements for raw materials for the production of cement and ceramic materials, but because of its material composition can be used to produce silicate materials.

It points out that ecological environment material is one of the latest trends in development of material science and analyzes the current research trend of ecological environment material and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of materials.
Under the great support of the Natural Science Foundation Committee and the National 863 Planning Committee, study on the ecological environment materials in China has achieved grown progress and development and we have done a lot of solid work in terms of LCA of typical materials, photocatalytic degradation materials, recycling and reuse of metallurgy residue, completely biodegradable materials and wooden ceramics, etc., and we have achieved plentiful and substantial achievements in certain aspects.
So far, there have been a lot of reports about application of LCA in material science and engineering and about the entire life process of LCA method in assessing a certain material product or its technical process.
Research on LCA of the entire life cycle or a certain phase of the life of materials and their products as well as the production, usage and abandoning of the materials and their products is the fundamental job to modify and even eliminate the materials, their products or the production technique.

Abstract.
In the library construction work, it is significant to embody the humanistic care in the smart materials of library buildings and concern about the different reader groups’ physical and psychological requirements.
Summaries The library is not only a material design of architecture and environment, but also a multilevel design of society, cultural and ecology.
