Abstract: In this study, the effect of environment materials for civil engineering was investigated through two sets of parallel reactors with sodium acetate and starch as carbon source separately.
The study of the third category needs to build hydrolysis tank, and consider raw quality, even affect civil engineering, which is rarely used in basic research.

Health assessment is one of the key technologies for civil aircraft health management system.
In order to access the health status of components, subsystems and systems of civil aircrafts, this paper explicitly defines the health status, and presents the fuzzy synthetic evaluation algorithm.
With the mature of the PHM [2], it is researched and used in civil aircraft.
Conclusion The method of health assessment for civil aircraft is studied, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation algorithm of the level of health status is presented.

Using Midas/Civil, a nonlinear finite element software, to establish solid element, analyse the process of the construction of a prestressed concrete simply supported box girder which length 32m, this box girder is located on the Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line, gained the maximum stress and displacement at the control section.
