Dynamic Testing and Analysis of Inflatable Beams Jianzheng Wei 1,2, a, Huifeng Tan 1,b, Jianxin Yu1,c and Xingwen Du1 1Center for Composite Materials, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin,China. 2Post-doctoral Research Center in Materials Science & Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin,China.
Luckily, due to significant progress in light-weight deployable structures, and advanced materials and processing methods, which opens new perspectives concerning the realization of an inflatable beam, after numerous trials, composite fiber strips reinforced (CFSR) inflatable beam technology is the potential candidates, combined with Kevlar fiber composite materials.
There are six composite materials strip enhancing the stiffness in the internal beam, and there are four gluing control Velcro strips on the external walls.

Wire electrical discharge machining is one of the important non-traditional machining processes for machining difficult to machine materials.
The ability to produce intricate profiles on materials irrespective of the mechanical properties made this process to be widely used in industries.

Moreover, the factors which affect adsorption process of heavy metals on geopolymer materials were investigated.
The metakaolin geopolymer was synthesized by mixed raw materials with an alkaline solution.
In this research, the metakaolin from Ranong province, Thailand was used as a raw material for synthesis geopolymer materials.
The metakaolin geopolymer powder had higher surface area than raw materials.

These advantages include efficient and instantaneous generation of heat throughout the materials, selective heating of materials and even selective stimulation of certain chemical reactions.
About 8~11 percent of CaF2 was added into the mixtures as fluxing materials. 9.8~12.2 g samples are weighted and well mixed were provided for the experiments.

The wasted time, energy, and material impair the manufacturer's efficiency and competitiveness.
Modeling of Residually Stress-induced Distortion Due to Material Removal Finite element simulations were conducted utilizing the ABAQUS Finite Element Code.
The stresses in the remaining (active) elements were then used to determine distortion and the redistribution of original residual stress distributions in remaining materials [4].
