Abstract.
There are many advantages such as no tool wear, no stress, good surface quality, and be able to machine the electric conductive materials regardless of their hardness and intensity.
In electrical machining, the microelectrode materials should have characteristics of good electrical conductivity and high rigidity.
The materials on the tungsten rod surface will dissolve layer by layer and finally a tungsten microelectrode with proper size will be obtained.

Tool material and workpiece material characteristics
Materials strain is 0.5-2, strain rate is 103-105/s in cutting process.
Strain, strain rate and temperature are factors which effect materials flow stress, in this paper, material's mechanical physics is temperature function.
CBN is 80% in PCBN cutting tool of DBA80, table 1 shows mechanical physics of tools and materials.

It is practical significance to save a large amount of raw materials for the mass production and to reduce production costs and create higher economic efficiency.
Traditional design methods use the simplified calculation method of materials mechanics to calculate its strength.
First, the model material is determined.
The hanging seat material is a low alloy steel.
