To reduce the parasitic capacitance, the new proposed design of Hafnium (IV) oxide sidewall has been used between the Gold (Au) gate material and the Platinum (Pt) source/drain material.
The parasitic capacitance lowering and increasing thickness of dielectric material constitutes for the efficient dielectric constant of the material lead to smaller capacitance values.

Abstract.
Introduction Quasicrystal with long-range order but no period transition symmetry is seeing as crystal and non-crystal[1-5].In recent years, people show great interests in the structure,properties and applies of quasicrystal[6,7].Materials science and condensed matter physics keep a watchful eye on liquid metal structure, quality and regular changes[8,9].
These materials were put into an electric pot furnace for melting and cast into test pieces with required shapes and dimensions.

Conclusions
When the medium materials of upper half space and lower half space is same and the lining material is more soft than the material of lower half space, more soft the lining materials is, greater the magnitude of dynamic stress intensity factor of crack tip is; when the lining materials is more hard than material of lower half space, more soft the lining material is, more small the magnitude of dynamic stress intensity factor of crack tip is.
When the medium materials of lower half space and lining is same, more soft the materials of upper half space is, more great the magnitude of dynamic stress intensity factor of crack tip is.The dynamic stress intensity factors of cracks tip is also affected by crack length and angle of incident.

Introduction
The Coarse granular material(CGM) is the chief material of rock fill dams.
There are three methods for the mechanical research of coarse granular materials: indoor test,in-situ test and numerical simulation.
PFC computation is simple,but particles are assumed circular discs or spherical balls,which are different from real granular materials in shapes.
A tri-axial test showed the behavior of ball aggregate was classically ideal elastico-plastic and was quite different from that of general granular materials.
