It will enhance the weight of all equipment and waste materials if only adopted adding thickness of side-plates.
From the angle of utilization of materials, side-plate is equal to 20mm, throat distance is equal to 35mm,the result is the weight of all equipment drop down 10Kg, the material consumption is reduced 11.6%.
The method driven by the piston rod forcing punch greatly cuts down the energy consumption, the structure design adopted guide and sleeve with guide sleeve and piston rod ensures the homogenization of die clearance in the process of forming, upgrades the forming stability and the section quality, lightens the weight of PHSP and the wasting energy by adopting light-weight materials in uploading plate and upper base[6].

Introduction
The recycling of materials like paper, plastic, glass and organic matter allows protecting of environment by reducing unnecessary wastes at the expense of a significant increase of operative costs.
Unfortunately, the success in aluminium recycling process depends upon the starting condition of raw material[1].
