Four kinds of biomass were chosen as experiment materials for thermo-gravimetric experiment.
Over the last two decades, special attention has been paid to conversion of residual biomass and renewable materials into bio-oil [1, 2].
Experimental and Methodology Materials.
The experimental materials include phoenix wood, camphor wood, rape straw and corn stover.
These materials were dried and cleaned sufficiently under natural conditions, and then pulverized into fine samples by a pulverizer, which was equipped with a 400 mesh sieve.

Table 1 – Physical and chemical properties of the employed materials.
For materials with Ø<100 mm, the class is defined by the grading curve, and for materials with Ø>100 mm the class represents the material retained between two consecutive screens in the screening process.

Gear surface wear is a direct material loss phenomenon and it has great effect on the vibration and noise traits of the gear system.
But in the engineering practice, the surface wear induces direct material loss of gear teeth and the accumulated wear on each tooth is not equal to each other.
