The chemical structure and crystallinity of the materials were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction, and the aging properties of composite were studied by mechanical properties.
It was succeeded on one step synthesis of PBS by national engineering research center of engineering plastics of technical institute of physics and chemistry Chinese in 2004,and smoothly through the evaluation of safety state of biological materials.
FT-IR spectra of ZnO/PBS before and after aging There was a simple chemical structure comparing ZnO/PBS composite before and after aging.
These three peaks were caught both before and after aging, it indicated the main chemical structure of ZnO/PBS no marked change after aging.
However the peaks were in fingerprint region, where the tiny change of molecular structure can lead to transformation of FT-IR spectra.

X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectra reveal the CdS films were hexagonal structure and 400℃ is favor of the crystallization and aggregation.
There are two peaks located at 26.4°, 43.5°, corresponding to the (002), (110) directions of CdS hexagonal structure.
Due to CdS cubic structure having no response to Raman signal, the two modes are accordance with hexagonal structure[11] and correspond to XRD pattern at 400℃.

General formula of dicalcium silicates solid solutions with stabilized P2O5 is following:
(Ca2-x/2Ca x/2)(Si1-xPx)O4, where 0,02chemistry, when it comes to the study of P2O5 influence upon the reactivity of raw meal and properties of the resulted cements.
Research in cement chemistry realized in the last years considers the possibility to synthesize highly pure C2S using starting materials different from the usual ones by alternative sol-gel processing [6].
Finally, the relationship between P2O5 concentration and the local structure of the calcium phosphate and calcium silicate was discussed here.
The formation of solid solution of calcium phosphate phase with SiO2 can occur during this period by incorporation of Si atoms into the structure of so-formed Ca3(PO4)2.The analysis was focused on the interface between calcium phosphate rich area and calcium silicate rich one.

This study presents the surface texturing in cutting with micro-scale structured end mills.
Then, the surface structures were fabricated in the actual cutting process.
The machining operation in this study is available in fabrication of the micro-scale structures at high production rates and the structures shape can be controlled in the surface simulation.
Structured Tool Two structured tools were manufactured on 6 mm diameter PCD end mill in grinding and laser finishing.

The structure was annealed up to 90⁰C after spin coating of the active layer and buffer (PEDOT:PSS) layer.
Recorded voltage and current response of hybrid structures were compared with the results of the preliminary experiments.
The hybrid structure was then tested under various wind speeds in a custom built wind tunnel.
