Introduction Glass ceramic is a kind of crystal glass with a combination of solid materials after high temperature melting, forming, heat treatment.
It is used as integrated circuit in the sealing of metal materials, which make use of its electrical properties and mechanical properties, and optical properties of no requirements, so the fluorescence properties of niobium acid salt glass ceramic did not in-depth study[7].

A novel method of the combination of high energy milling and hot pressing was adapted to fabricate dense titanium nitride-alumina (TiN/Al2O3) in situ composites using Ti, Al and TiO2 as raw materials.
Hence, synthesis of homogeneous powders with small grain size is necessary to fabricate TiN/Al2O3 composite materials with a better distribution of components.
Results and discussion Fig. 1 XRD patterns of the milled powders Fig.1 shows the XRD patterns of starting materials before and after milling.
It is obvious that only diffraction peaks of initial materials of Ti, Al and TiO2 existed before high-energy milling.

The result indicates that as Fe content in the material increased, material density and porosity haven’t changed much, while material hardness obviously increased.
The reason is that according to the theories of molecule-mechanic gear connection, when the micro-convex bodies between two friction surfaces contact each other, the materials at the contact are stuck together due to the mocular acting force.
