Material constitutive relation and failure criterion of timing , pre-press steel, ordinary steel, steel strand of constitutive model are used in Fig 1,Fig 2, Fig 3 shown in dual linear servo intensive model(we called BKIN), the model adopts the Mises yield criterion and follow-up to strengthen standards with two straight lines describe materials ideal elastic-plastic stress-strain relationship [6].In ANSYS, using multiple linear models to strengthen (we called MISO) was simulated, which is showed in Fig 4 .

LPD method is further applied to form Al2O3 films on semiconductors with poison-free materials.
In this paper, firstly we show quality optimization of LPD-SiO2 films on GaAs, and then we extend the LPD technique to formation of Al2O3 films with poison-free raw materials, as is a notable improvement of traditional LPD.
