Hence, because of the addition of ultrasonic vibration, the material removal mechanism of the hard brittle material was changed at all, and it made the grinding force was not sensitive to the change of grinding parameters.
The material removing mechanism of radial ultrasonic grinding mainly is: 1) The ultrasonically impact of grain produced a great deal of micro crack; 2) When the workpiece away from grinding wheel, the huge acceleration changed the stress state in the crack area, promoted the crack extending and grinding debris removing; 3) The single grain cut-in and cut-off the workpiece time after time in the form of micro pulse feed, removed workpiece materials in discontinues grinding mechanism.

The ZrW2O8 family of materials has been shown to display the unusual property of an isotropic bulk contraction in volume with the rising of temperature.
Experiment In this paper ZrOCl2·8H2O(AR), (NH4)6W7O24·6H2O(AR) and (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O(AR) are used as materials, and Al(NO3)3(AR) and NH4VO3(AR) are applied as doped materials.
The rapid change of temperature is a big problem for the thermal shock resistance of this kind of material.
