The main aim of the solution is to find a variable and to create a parametric mathematical model to calculate the appropriate grinding wheel shape according to the input factors which affect this issue – the hobbing worm and the grinding wheel parameters.
Theoretically such a negative effect of undercut should not occur because of the straight line properties of both input geometries.
Each of modules work based on the analytic geometric tasks, which are differentiated by input parameters and properties of the ground tool.
Each method involves the geometric properties analysis and the input parameters analysis and based on these informations the solutions are designed.
These data are the main factors influencing the curve shape.

The factors affecting gear transmission error include manufacturing error of gear, fit clearance of gear and shaft, fit clearance of shaft and bearing, and radial run-out tolerance of shaft neck which the gear is installed and so on.
After importing the final three-dimensional model into Ansys Workbench, defining the material properties, selecting the element type, and meshing, the finite element model is built as shown in Fig.8.
It is mainly affected by internal bearings of the fifth gear in A-axis transmission chain.
Improving the rigidity of the internal bearings can effectively enhance the local property.
The results of static and dynamic stiffness analysis shown that the static and dynamic properties of designed biaxial rotary milling head can meet the application requirements.

The highest value of S/N ratio indicates the best setting for the selected factors and biggest difference between the signal to noise ratio indicate the most influential factor that affecting shrinkage and warpage of the injected mould samples.
Since melt temperature was the most influential factor that affecting warpage, the finding was similar to previous research that melt temperature shall provide the optimum level [1].

The effects of varying the welding parameters namely welding speed [56, 90 and 140 mm/min] and tool rotational speed [850 and 1070 rpm] on the mechanical and microstructural properties were studied.
Minimizing the weld heat-affected zones reduces concerns about property gradients across the weld joints.
Therefore, it is imperative to gain better understanding of friction stir welded- commercial purity 1050 Aluminium Alloy through characterising the microstructural and the mechanical properties of the resulting joints and through studying the effect of varying welding conditions such as tool rotational speed and work piece welding speed on these properties.
Tensile tests were performed in order to evaluate the static properties of the welded joints and also the as-received base metal.
One of the determining factors that control the nugget grain size is the tool rotational speed by itself and the ratio of tool rotational speed to the welding speed.

The reliability of the electronic modules could be considered as expression of solder joints functionality (SJF) relating to working conditions and unique defined by their electrical, mechanical and thermal properties.
These properties are in close connection with the solder joints microstructures, result of the soldering Process temperature gradient action over the trinomial solder alloy Paste, Pin and Pad.
Taking into account his role as driving force in innovation with a horizontal position in global economy, three characteristic levels of the manufacturing processes in the electronics industry influencing factors could be identified: A.
The reliability of the electronic modules could be considered as expression of solder joints functionality (SJF) relating to working conditions and unique defined by their electrical, mechanical and thermal properties.
Indirect defects, as consequences of a manufacturing, are caused by impaired of the mechanical and/or thermal functionality of the solder joints [4, 5, 6], by changes in general at microstructural level during manufacture or during storage, transport or operation due to manufacturing defects unidentified after assembling process or appearing due to the action of environmental factors.

Tennis comfort factor affecting mainly the damping properties of materials, such as the sweet spot of the racket, composite materials for its excellent processing technology, strength, density, and damping performance ratio, you can create a complex structure, smaller mass, less vibration tennis racket.
From the structural factors speaking, the composite is also easier to achieve a variety of complex structures.
Composite materials both in density, mechanical properties or damping properties are far superior to steel and aluminum for racket before making.
Composite materials are not only excellent mechanical properties, but also have good processing performance.
From selecting a tennis racket from the racket of materials technology transition looking factors.

HPTE is a modern mechanical nanostructuring technique that can refine the microstructural properties and subsequently affects the mechanical and functional properties of the materials.
The adsorption process is reversible, and the amount of adsorbed hydrogen depends on factors such as temperature and pressure.
There is a constant drive to develop novel processing techniques that can enhance the mechanical properties and performance of materials.

The results show that oil volume per lubrication cycle, interval time per lubrication cycle and air pressure are three pacing factors that affect the temperature increase most significantly in ceramic motorized spindle with oil/air lubrication.
The Taguchi method is applied to analyze the effective factors.
Before determining the optimum lubrication conditions, the parameters must be identified, i.e., the effective factors which may affect the temperature increase.
Each of the four lubrication factors is designed with three levels, as shown in Table 1, because the influence of these factors on the results may vary nonlinearly.
Oil volume per lubrication cycle, interval time per lubrication cycle and air pressure are three factors affecting the temperature increase most significantly in ceramic motorized spindle.
