Inorganic mineral products, i.e., organic synthetic products and organic vegetable products, can be used as oil sorbent materials [4].
However, these materials do not have adequate buoyancy and their oil sorption capacity is generally low [5].
However, these materials degrade very slowly, compared to mineral or vegetable products.
In the case of floating polypropylene booms, it is difficult to recover all the absorbent materials.

Directly linking the nano-TiO2 to one of the polyurethane starting materials (monomers) will provide better dispersion of the nanomaterials, enhanced properties and better safety as the nanoparticles are not “loose” and are chemically attached to the polymer chains.

The result shows that ceramic composite layers, which are composed by glass reinforced plastic materials and ceramic materials, obviously consume quality and kinetic energy of penetrating shot body.
There are a lot of ceramic powders on the surface of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials layer and burning phenomenon.
The following conclusions are made: (1) In the anti-penetration process of ceramic multilayer composite medium structure, we found that ceramic composite layer, which is composed by glass reinforced plastic materials and ceramic materials, obviously consumes quality and kinetic energy of penetrating shot body.
