Abstract.
The ITU (International Telecommunication Union) as a global 3G wireless communication standard IMT-2000 standard (International Mobile Telecommunications - 2000) standard, recently, the ITU started an initiative to define a super-IMT-2000 wireless system, known as IMT-Advanced in.
Still in the IMT-Advanced standard definition of the conduct, this may eventually be considered as a formal specification of 4G wireless.
In addition, the technology should provide a clear evolutionary path of the IMT advanced 4G mobile wireless standards.
However, HSPA + technology will not meet all IP interfaces ITU IMT - Advanced requirements.
