Ferromagnetic material of the nearly half-metallic alloy Co2TiGa Hongpei Han1,a 1College of Electro-Information Engineering, Xuchang University, Xuchang, China ahhp102@163.com, ahongpeihan@126.com Keywords: Ferromagnetic material; Full-Heusler alloy; Material engineering; Half-metallic Abstract.
Introduction Increased interest in the field of material engineering and spintronic material during the last decade [1] has intensified research on the so-called half-ferromagnetic materials.
This compound is somewhat peculiar in regards to its Curie temperature and magnetic moment because both values are the highest observed until now in this class of materials [12].

The data used in this study are academic papers that are published in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals.
Among journals that contained the papers, the top 10 journals in terms of the number of papers were reviewed by the researchers, and the following two journals were selected: ‘Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells’ and ‘Solar Energy.’
One of the unique details in this study it that both journals the Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells and Solar Energy that have become the population of research data, showing a great deal of difference in terms of research subjects.
Result of subject classification by text categorization Journal Cell Module/ Array System Relative/ Advanced Total Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells 1,173 82 21 18 1,294 Solar Energy 104 15 69 549 737 Total 1,277 97 90 567 2,031 It was found that the published number of papers changed in similar patterns in all 4 major subjects as shown in Fig. 2.
It is hound that subject related to Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell material (DSC/DSSC), organic material (PPV), transparent electrode material (ITO) and Polycrystalline Si (which is a common solar cell material) were most active within the major Cell subject.

Introduction Polymer composite materials are increasingly replacing traditional materials in the manufacture of various products.
This approach allows one to obtain functional polymer materials with adjustable heat and electrical conductivity, heat resistance, tribological and other operational characteristics, and in some cases to reduce the cost of traditionally used materials by replacing them with PCM [1].
The diameters of oriented composite polymer materials were 150-200 μm.
Results and Discussion The stress-strain curves of oriented polymer composite materials are presented in Fig. 1-2.
