Therefore, RST method can be taken into account for spinners to choose suitable fiber materials in order to ensure the quality and reduce cost.
The reasons are the high degree of variability in raw materials, multistage processing, and a lack of precise control on spinning control [1][2].
Before real production, different raw materials will be logically selected with quality rule in order to improve quality of product and to minimize production cost.

The low temperature N 2 physical adsorption is used to characterize the specific surface area and mean particle size of materials [21].
Electron diffraction and micro-area electron diffraction can be used to analyze the material phase and then determine the material phase, crystal system and even space group of materials.

It has been reported that the rate of charge transfer from the nanocrystals to the neighbouring p-type or n-type materials would be crucial to suppress photo corrosion phenomena [5].

The crystalline phase is treated as an isotropic material that has the different values of material parameters from those of amorphous phase.
As material parameters of crystalline phase of PE at 115 °C, we use the following material constants and parameters: 700 MPa, 0.041, 6.0 MPa, 5.0, 0.2.
In addition, common material parameters of amorphous and crystalline phases, we adopt 0.3, 1.0 s-1, 100, 1.85.
