The material properties of the eutectic 63Sn/37Pb solder, the
hypoeutectic 96.5Sn/3.0Ag/0.5Cu and the PCB were all dependent with temperature.
Except the solder alloys, all the other materials are modeled as linear elastic material, but PCB is treated as linear orthotropic material, as shown in Table 2.The left side of the model is the symmetry axis and the bottom right node is fully constrained from axial displacement (UX=UY=0) to prevent rigid body motion.
