Abstract:During forming process of sheet metal, friction phenomenon occurs everywhere.
Galvanized sheet is the combination of substrate and zinc coating, which are two different materials of different properties.

The workpiece material used in experiments was 7075-T651 aluminum alloy plate, the thickness of aluminum plate was 60mm, and it was prepared in 60×60×100mm blocks.

Fast Fourier transform (FFT) and wavelet transform are used to analyze the frequency, waveform, energy distribution, and energy spectrum density characteristics of acoustic emission signal that the characteristics could be simple to describe the rock material failure process of most research.
Studies show that AE which attribute to the crack and fracture damage of solid material is general burst-type [6].
The curveⅡin Figure.2 shows that three kinds of rock belongs to brittle material with high strength.

Experiment Procedure
The raw materials and the mix proportion of the concrete specimens
Materials in the test included Portland cement P.O42.5, coarse aggregate with the diameter from 5 to 25 mm in size, river sand with a fineness modulus of 2.6 as the fine aggregate, admixtured by fly ash and slag powder; super-plasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonates (HS-AF).
All the materials were put into horizontal agitator for mixing.
