In order to know the influence of heat exchange efficiency under different channel shapes, structures and materials, the test piece is designed to be replaceable.
The material of shell as well as inlet and outlet ports is selected PP-R which has good toughness and intension.
So in order to meet the research requirements, just switching to a different experimental test piece, we can go on studying heat exchangers with different structures and materials.

According to the results of thermal properties measurements by laser flash technique, the carbon nanofiber mats possess great potentials in applications for thermal management materials.
Carbon nanofibers with high thermal stability and high specific extinction coefficient have long been widely applied as functional materials or reinforcement materials in all kinds of composites [1-3].
Therefore, carbon nanofiber mats possess great potentials in applications for thermal management materials.
