Introduction
Coating is one of the widely used procedure that involves the application of a functional material in the form of a thin or thick film over a substrate material.
Generally, coating improves wear and corrosion resistance and surface finish of a base material.
Heat energy produced by combustion of coating material.

The reactor wall emissivity can be decreased by wall surface treatment or/and selecting more appropriate materials.
If the wall emissivity decreases, by selecting better materials or by surface treatment, the radiated per unit rod surface would be lower.
