Simulations needs verification and validation.

The final part of this research is the measurement of its thermal resistance under the normal atmospheric temperature and comparison with the data from the numerical simulation is made.
Using the CFD software, the whole heat dissipation efficiency of the water-cooling micro-channel heat sink can be predicted, and the thermal and mechanical behavior of the heat sink can be easily understood.
Fig 12 shows the relation between thermal resistance and flow rate under different heat generation, which are the numerical results of the heat sink using the CFD software, and displayed from the figure which are the same value of the thermal resistance under different heat generation.
The effect of the thermal resistance between the heat source and the heat sink is neglected in numerical simulation in this study, and it is the main reason why it causes the difference of experiment data from that of numerical simulation.

From the simulation results of the fourth chapter, the greater the flow, swirler cut more to speed, the centrifugal acceleration will increase, and the separating efficiency is increased.
