Abstract: Document NO.1 of the Central Government and the report of the eighteenth National Congress has aroused widespread concern in academic circles with its emphasis on rural micro-management body, while research on spatial organization of organic agricultural enterprise under the paradigm of enterprise network is still insufficiency.
Introduction Organic agricultural enterprises are professional organizations engaged in organic agricultural production.
Based on the current characteristics of organizations and dominant function of provinces, following suggestions are made: (1) Play a guidance roll of policy in order to improve the overall development level of organic agriculture, actively develop subsidies and financial supports policy in the organic agricultural heartland, strengthen leading enterprises, professional cooperatives and other organic agricultural management body, promote the organic agricultural products processing industry; (2) On the aspect of strategic planning, pay attention to the aggregation effect, focus on developing the three core organic agriculture demonstration zones of the east coast, northeast and west to strengthen the radiation of growth poles, build a geographical division system based on the type of organizational functions, strengthen contacts of the inter-organizations, build green channels of organic industry to solve the problem of geographic isolation, relying on the transportation network of communicating

Energy is spent by heating, lighting, water supply system and others.
Additional points are given for the choice of development in sustainable areas, the availability of transport, reducing the built-up area (for new facilities), the regulation of rainwater flows and reducing paved areas of building, as well as reducing light load on the built-up area and their impact on adjacent areas 2) Water resources – that category includes efficient watering green spaces, innovative wastewater treatment and reduction of water consumption in the operation of the building. 3) Energy and atmosphere of building – prerequisites include fundamental komissing, reducing hydrogen chloride refrigerants in refrigeration and meet the minimum requirements of the standard ASHRAE 90.1-2004 energy saving 4) Materials and resources – Prerequisites include storage, as well as the collection and transportation of raw materials for recycling.
One additional point is given if one of the core members of the project team is an accredited specialist in LEED (LEED Accredited Professional).
group includes 3 criteria, containing requirements for the installation of devices detect hazardous gases, the presence of independent sources of power and water supply, etc.
Hot water is provided partially by means of solar collectors and a heating system embedded in the heat pump

The absorption of CO2 in water (H2O) results in the formation of carbonic acid (H2CO3).
These values are obtained directly from the software Reports suggest that the addition of CO2 to water reduces the pH of water used due to the formation of carbonic acid.

Site Investigation
(1) The overview of region and site. The 1st oil plant is in the north of the Changyuan in Daqing. The elevation of this region is between 139.4 meters and152.5 meters, relatively flat terrain, ground slope is small, small changes in complex terrain, the basic landform is formed by projections, biogas, small vesicles hill shaped depressions and flat hillock.Due to the factors of the geological structure and topography , there’s no natural rivers in the project area, which belongs to the water closed drainage area. The project area was covered with upper phreatic groundwater, the recharge of groundwater is mainly phreatic water in filtration, precipitation, surface water, diving more current supply of confined water and groundwater lateral runoffre charge, confined aquifer between the leak age recharge. It is excreted by evaporating. The groundwater depth is between 2.6 meters to 3.0 meters. The project site is very flat, the ground elevation is from 126 meters to165 meters, it
(2) Survey methods and steps.Four joint stations and oil transfer station in the typical station layout of sampling points at stations outside the boundary of the oil wells and water wells, sampling point layout in the reasonable range.
The physical indexes of natural state:the water rate in the soil in each site in this study is between 15% to 35%; density values to the distribution is from 1.5 g/cm3 to 2.1 g/cm3; the relative porosity density is from 30% to around 50%.
The method is compliant for soil and ground water contaminated by petroleum simultaneously[3].
Not include the cost of scheme design, on-site guidance, construction management and acceptance monitoring from professional remediation company. 5.
