Abstract: Sand waves are rhythmic patterns resulted from the interaction between water flow and sandy bed.
Therefore, it has important engineering significance to study the migration of sand waves.
For the reason above, the problem upon sand wave has attracted the interests of many engineers and researchers.

Keywords: RC frame infilled wall structure; damper; seismic strengthen; the performance-based seismic theory.
Brief introduction of the aseismic strengthen methods for the RC frame structure There are many strengthen methods of the RC frame structure, here are three traditional strengthen methods which are widely used in the practical engineering and one emerging passive control of aseismic strengthening method.1.
Pasting carbon fiber strengthen method. [7] At present, the traditional seismic strengthening method has been basically mature and widely used in engineering practice.
