The raw materials consist of ferrocene, ammonium chloride, hydrochloric acid, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) and ethylenediamine (curing agent).
In the first stage, synthesize of CNTs, the materials of ferrocene (Fe(C5H5)2) and ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) were mixed together in the ratio of 1:2.
Therefore, both of these materials must achieve an optimum weight percent in order to sustain both of these two novel properties at the same time.

Polypropylene Manufacturing and tensile test of nanocomposite material The first step in manufacturing of nanocomposite material is to mix matrix and reinforcing materials in such a way that it will form a new compound material.
For proper mixing of these two materials, we have set mixing time as 10 minutes, temperature set as 200 degrees and speed of twin-screw as 100 revolution per minute.
The damping factor is also calculated in this analysis for both materials i.e. neat PP and polymer nanocomposite.

Mostly, due to incomplete burning of sawdust, pulverized coal, diesel and other compounds, traditional materials of smoke screen jamming camouflage are only at confronting optical imaging and TV guidance.
Therefore, it makes the realization of large multiband smokescreen jamming in disguise in informatization battlefield possible. 2 Basic raw material and testing equipments Main raw material: expandable graphite (size 50-100 mesh), anthracene (analysis), red phosphorus (analysis) and a kind of compound antioxidant (homemade).
Mix the raw materials according to certain proportion, bagging, and lit the fuse.
