The raw materials used in this study were analytical-grade TiO2 (99.5%), Nb2O5 (99.5%), SiO2 (99.5%) and La2O3 (99.5%).
The grain size distribution is not uniform, which has a certain influence on the performance of the materials.
We want to acknowledge Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials of Yunnan Province and Key Laboratory of Advance Materials of Precious-Nonferrous Metals, Education Ministry of China for providing the testing foundation.

The RC shear wall with embedded steel plate consisting of two materials of steel and concrete, which has good seismic behavior and occupies less structural space compare to the conventional member, was used as an efficient lateral force-resisting member for buildings in recent years.
