Explanation shall be as following: when the temperature continues to lower, the loess material will be shrunken, on the other hand, generally water contains some mineral substances, and salt materials make some of water couldn’t freeze when temperature lower down to 0℃, with the temperature lowering down to -10℃ continuously, more water will freeze, among of both ways of effects, the loess shrink is a little prevail, which makes the statistic frequencies in the medium density area increased.

The concrete–waste materials mixture was mixed for 20minutes which considered enough to achieve good homogeneity [7].
The correlation between the (μ) and the particle size of the waste materials in the concrete is used to confirm the linearity. as shown in Fig. 3.
