Organic semiconductors (OSCs) are environmentally friendly materials, relatively cheaper technology, and comprised of a wide range of materials with good carrier mobility.
In this work, suitable materials are identified in basic OTFT construction, which are the electrodes, dielectric and substrate.
For instance, gas molecules can influence the conductivity, mobility, and density of charge carriers of organic materials.

Preparation of iron carbide from high phosphorus oolitic hematite

Abstract: In order to find a new way to utilize the high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore as raw material for steelmaking, the reduction and carburization of high phosphorus oolitic hematite by the gas of CH4-H2 were studied.
Experimental Raw Materials.
Hematite and quarts are the main phases in the raw materials, which is identified by X-ray Diffraction Analysis, as shown in Fig.1.

As the assumption that heat transfer limit of heat pipe is not considered, the boundary condition of inner of heat pipe can be set to dummy materials except considering the materials attributes of heat pipe.
